Risk of Loss
All purchases of physical products from Bare Essentials Living are shipped using third party shipping companies located within the continental United States. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Bare Essentials is not obligated to refund the purchase for lost items. Bare Essentials Living is not responsible for purchases made through affiliate links. Contact the affiliate company for their terms of use.

Return and Refunds
Due to the nature of personal beauty products and electronic products, once beauty products and electronic purchases have been shipped/downloaded, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. After 30 days, we are not obligated to accept returns. Orders with beauty products may be cancelled with full refund within 24 hours. Electronic purchases that have not been downloaded will be fully refundable. At our discretion, orders past 24 hours from order placement that is still in processing and has not shipped may be refunded minus a small 5% handling fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please send a message via our Contact page for cancellation. If you change your mind on an electronic purchase, do not download the material, send a message via the Contact page for cancellation. Bulk orders will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of order, please send a message via our Contact page for cancellation. At our discretion, bulk orders past 24 hours from order placement that are still in processing and has not shipped may be refunded minus a 15% handling fee. If your package arrives damaged, please take a picture of it and its contents; send the pictures to Maggie@BareEssentialsLiving.com
